By booking services with Scarp Firebreaks, you agree to our terms and conditions. Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of our confirmation email.

Customers are required to provide accurate information about their property, including the location of all underground utilities. It is the sole responsibility of the property owner to ensure all underground systems are properly identified and marked before our arrival.

Important Notice: Scarp Firebreaks will not be held responsible for damages to any underground services. All repair costs will be the sole financial responsibility of the property owner.

Customers acknowledge that they will be financially responsible for any damage to:

• Reticulation and irrigation systems
• Water main lines and bore lines
• Electrical conduits and power domes
• Gas lines and service connections
• Underground cabling and telecommunications services
• Sprinkler systems and drainage pipes

Any damage to unmarked or improperly marked underground services will be:

• Repaired at the customer's expense
• Subject to service fees for repair coordination
• Required to be documented and approved by the property owner

All work will immediately cease if underground utilities are encountered during service. We reserve the right to:

• Refuse service on properties where underground utilities cannot be properly identified
• Require property maps or diagrams showing utility locations
• Suspend work until all safety concerns are addressed

Our team operates Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Quoted services may require a site inspection before work commences.

• Payment required upfront for rotary hoe services (1-5 acres and 5-10 acres)
• Quote-based services require approval of estimated costs before work begins
• 10% GST included in all pricing

• 24 hours notice required for service cancellations
• Emergency/critical service requests will be prioritized at management's discretion

By submitting a booking request through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. You confirm that you are responsible for identifying underground utilities on your property and will bear all costs associated with any damage to these systems during our service.
